Major J S Kalsi, joined the Indian army in the Regiment of Artillery as a short service officer on 10th March, 1984. He served for 9 years. Then the joined CRPF as Dy. SP. After resigning CRPF job joined as Divisional Manager of Alert safety Equipment at Secunderabad. He served for three years in Alert and acquired a deep knowledge of fire detection and protection which included System work on turnkey basis of Hydrants, Sprinklers & Fire alarm systems. He left the job in Aug. ‘96 and started his own venture under the name of ARROW SECURITY SERVICES & ARROW FIRE ENGINEERS. Our firm is registered with the Directorate General of Resettlement, Ministry of Defence with Registration No.699/Semfex, Dt. 05/07/96. In Nov. ‘97 the company charged into Pvt. Ltd. under the name of Gurubani Security Pvt. Ltd for the Outstanding performance of our company in providing basic infrastructure to the --  Indian Industries, the Ministry of Industries nominated Major Kalsi for Bharat Udhyog Award. We have adequate trained manpower under us our aim will be to safeguard the installation & its property against any security hazards with high degree of vigilance, alertness, discipline and senses of responsibility.
