Major Jagjit Singh Kalsi – Chairman & Managing Director
Major Jagjit Singh Kalsi is the founder of Gurubani Security Pvt. Ltd., which was established in 1997. Before getting into the business and management of Security services, Maj. Kalsi has had a stint in the Corps of Artillery of Indian Army with extensive experience in taking part in major battle training exercises and serving in high altitude and varied tough terrains under extreme weather conditions.
With rich experience of working in high security environments and conflict zones during his service stint with the Indian Army and CRPF, Maj. Jagjit Singh Kalsi utilized his extensive understanding of security to launch GSPL as an entrepreneurial venture in 1997. He built GSPL into one of the foremost professional security services companies, and one of the leading security providers in India. Maj. Kalsi comes from an elite family of military commanders with deep rooted qualities of discipline, integrity and devotion to duty engrained in their DNA. With an enviable expertise and experience of around 35 yrs. gained both in the Military and private security industry in India, Maj. Kalsi decided to venture into UAE to set-up business of providing security services called ‘Dragoons Security services LLC’. The strong leadership and immense security background of Maj. Kalsi is instrumental in steering the business operations of ‘Dragoons Security’ in UAE, and providing top notch security services & solutions to the clients based in the Emirates.
Major Prince Lazar – Chief Executive Officer
Prince Lazar is an experienced Security professional, Business analyst and Resiliency specialist with a career starting in the Military, and then to the Security Industry. Prince is an Ex Cavalry officer from the Indian Army, and after the end of his Army career in 1996, he moved into the Security Industry to plan, develop and lead projects/ assignments in Threat Assessment, Security Risk Management, Protective Design using CPTED concept, Technology based integrated Security plans, Audits, developing Security strategy/ Policy, Business Continuity Plans and Resiliency programs. Prince is a certified Business Continuity Management EXPERT (BCCE) and a trained Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008.
Over the course of his diverse career, Prince has delivered many Security based projects for High Security Installations and worked with an array of clientele which includes Top Fortune 100 companies, UN Establishment, Embassies, Government/ Immigration bodies and Home/ Foreign affairs Dept. He has extensive international exposure of over 13 yrs., in designing & developing Security plans and protection programs and carrying out Risk/ Threat assessments for clients in both medium & high-risk environments throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Russia-CIS and Africa.
Srikanth Krishnamurthy – General Manager
Srikanth Krishnamurthy is an experienced and versatile Security professional with loads of relevant experience of 25yrs in the security industry with working exposure in various states of India. Through his extensive work experience, Srikanth has acquired tremendous competencies in Guard force management, Security protection and manpower management. Srikanth is a graduate with qualified certifications in Cyber Security. Srikanth has attended qualified training in Lean Six Sigma Black belt, and also done training courses in First Aid.
Srikanth brings with him comprehensive experience in planning & implementing of security strategies & solutions vis-à-vis threat perceptions, Risks and their analysis as well as the impacts. He is skilled at ensuring safety of high value assets, men, material and sensitive information. His expertise also encompasses knowledge in Security systems, resolving commonly encountered security problems including emergence of unrest or any disruptions in the Peace and normality.
